Delete your Tondo account
Tondo is provided by GoApps Ltd. You can permanently delete your anonymous account directly in the Tondo app without contacting support.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Tondo and select Profile.
- Tap the gear button to open Settings.
- Select Delete profile.
- Review the warning, then select Delete permanently.
The app immediately signs out the deleted anonymous identity and creates a new blank anonymous identity so Tondo remains usable.
Data deleted
Deletion removes the anonymous account and its associated posts, replies, votes, saved and muted items, reports, notification records and tokens, direct-message threads and messages, preferences, and uploaded photos, videos, and voice notes from active systems.
Retention
Media deletion may complete asynchronously. Public media or share previews may remain temporarily in browser, network, or provider caches. Limited records may remain in provider logs or backups, or where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup integrity.
Delete individual data
You can delete an individual post or reply from its menu, and end or delete a chat, without deleting your whole profile. Saved items and muted posts can also be removed in the app.
If you cannot access the app, email info@goapps.com.gh for deletion assistance. Because Tondo accounts are anonymous, we may need information from your local session to verify that the account belongs to you.
