Yes yes you should visit a dental clinic for a checkup and a procedure called scaling and polishing or cleaning

What's that?

Its surely plagues he sees which needs to be attended to ASAP

Any med to cure that?

No need for meds if you have not been assessed and done that procedure. Its just like you not bathing but you smell and you are asking for spray to use. You see. The dirt is still on your boday which bathing will stop that. That's the same way with your mouth too

What should I do now?

You need to see a dentist. If you were in Kumasi I could have taken something small and do the procedure for you. But you are in Accra so you have to get a clinic to visit
