Tondo has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, sextortion, or any attempt to sexualize, solicit, exploit, or endanger minors on the platform.
What is prohibited
Any content or behavior involving the sexual exploitation of minors is forbidden on Tondo.
How we act
We may remove content, suspend access, permanently ban accounts, preserve evidence, and escalate reports when required.

1. Prohibited content and conduct
The following is prohibited on Tondo:
- child sexual abuse material, exploitative imagery, or sexualized depictions of minors;
- grooming, coercion, enticement, manipulation, or attempts to build sexual contact with a minor;
- requests for sexually explicit images involving minors or attempts to exchange such material;
- trafficking, sextortion, blackmail, or monetized exploitation of minors;
- using profiles, chats, livestreams, comments, usernames, bios, or linked content to promote or facilitate abuse of children.
2. Enforcement actions
When we identify or receive credible information about CSAE-related conduct, Tondo may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:
- immediate removal or disabling of content;
- temporary account restrictions or permanent account bans;
- blocking livestream, chat, payout, or monetization access;
- preserving relevant logs and account records;
- reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities or child safety organizations where required by applicable law.
3. Reporting channel
If you believe a user, stream, message, or uploaded content may involve child exploitation, contact [email protected] immediately. Include links, usernames, screenshots, timestamps, and any other information that can help locate the material quickly.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or relevant law enforcement first.
4. Platform expectations
Tondo expects users to avoid interactions that could place minors at risk, including sexually suggestive messaging, exploitative requests, coercive contact, or attempts to move conversations into unmonitored or unsafe channels for unlawful purposes.

We may update these standards, our moderation tools, and our reporting procedures as the platform evolves or as safety requirements change.
