This End User License Agreement governs your use of the Tondo mobile application and related software distributed for iOS, Android, and any supported device platforms.
1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this agreement, Tondo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the app on devices that you own or control solely for your personal or internal business use.
2. License restrictions
You may not:
- copy, distribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the app;
- modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the app except where applicable law permits that activity despite this restriction;
- bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or account protections built into the service;
- use the app in a way that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to other users, creators, or viewers.
3. Accounts and service dependencies
Some app features require an account, network connectivity, device permissions, payment providers, cloud services, or third-party infrastructure. Functionality may vary by region, device, and platform.
4. User content
If you upload, stream, post, send, or otherwise submit content through Tondo, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to do so. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Tondo the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, moderate, and enforce policies around that content.
5. Updates and changes
Tondo may release updates, patches, compatibility fixes, content moderation tools, and security improvements at any time. Some features may stop working properly if you do not install supported versions.
6. Termination
This license remains in effect until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this agreement or if your access to the service is suspended or discontinued. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete installed copies under your control.
7. Intellectual property
The app, software, interface design, service marks, logos, and related materials are owned by Tondo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. This agreement grants a use license only, not ownership rights.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Tondo does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tondo and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenues, business, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the app.
10. App store terms
If you obtained the app through Apple’s App Store, Google Play, or another distribution platform, you also agree to comply with that platform’s applicable usage rules and policies. Platform operators are not responsible for the content, support, or maintenance of the app except as required by their own terms.
