Terms of Use
Using Tondo means you agree to these Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
18+ community
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Tondo account. By continuing, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Zero tolerance for abuse
Tondo has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, sexual exploitation, graphic violence, doxxing, scams, illegal activity and attempts to expose an anonymous person are prohibited.
Your content and conduct
Only post content you have the right to share. Do not publish private or identifying information without permission. You are responsible for posts, replies, chats and media sent from your anonymous account.
Safety controls and enforcement
You can report and immediately hide a post, block its author, delete your own content and end or delete chats. Tondo reviews safety reports within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or permanently eject accounts that violate these terms.
No anonymity guarantee
Tondo removes public names, but anonymity is not guaranteed. Your content, voice, surroundings, location labels or lawful requests may identify you. Never use Tondo for emergencies.
Live streams
Live streams are user-generated content and must follow these Terms and the Community Guidelines. Free viewers receive one limited preview of each stream. The current preview duration is set by Tondo and shown in the app. Closing and rejoining does not restart that preview.
Tondo Premium
Premium is purchased through Apple or Google. The 24-hour pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Weekly, monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. The selected period, price and currency are shown by your store before purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account; refunds are handled under store rules and applicable law.
Service availability
Tondo may change, limit or stop features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
