I usually go through Ringway when the main Osu approach is packed, but the junction near Danquah Circle can still slow everything down.

Agreed on Ringway. It also helps to say whether the slowdown starts before or after the traffic light.

The most useful update is the time and direction of travel. The same road can feel completely different thirty minutes later.
