3. Why did my stream preview end?

Some live rooms offer a limited preview window before full access requires an unlock or purchase. Preview length may vary based on the current platform configuration.

4. I paid or tried to unlock a stream. What should I do if it failed?

First confirm your internet connection and payment method, then reopen the app and check your wallet or stream access again. If the problem continues, contact [email protected] with the approximate time, account details, and any receipt or error message.

5. How do payouts work for creators?

Eligible creators can request payouts from their available balance. Processing time may depend on provider availability, compliance checks, and payment network conditions.

6. I am not receiving notifications. How can I fix that?

Check that notifications are enabled in both your device settings and the app, confirm you are using the latest app version, and restart the app. If notifications still fail, contact support with your device model and OS version.

7. How do I report abuse or harmful content?
